We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered wedding gowns. We do not accept returns on special ordered plus size gowns or specialty ordered gowns such as custom made gowns, special measurement gowns, rush delivery gowns, or discontinued gowns. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective. All returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the courier. We must receive an email confirmation that you would like to return the gown and you must have a return authorization number from us. All returned gowns will have a 50% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees. Any Free promotional items are not returnable and will be charged full price. This amount will be deducted from the gown refund. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 50% restocking fee. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 8 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them. BridalTask has the most up front return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to BridalTask the terms.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Veils, Gloves, Bridesmaid Dresses, Flower girl Dresses,Accessories,Prom dresses,Mothers dresses,Special Occasion Dresses,Quinceanera Dresses, All Dresses and Gowns that are not Bridal Related.
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves BridalTask. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged you must let us know within 3 days after your carrier has dropped off the package.If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged then we will repair,replace or reproduce for you. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you.BridalTask will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise.BridalTask will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.
All orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. All Canceled Orders must be done via email confirmation. We do NOT accept cancellations on Veils, Bridesmaids, Flower girls,Accessories,Prom dresses, Mothers dresses,Special Occasion Dresses,Quinceanera Dresses. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. Rush cut orders or quick ship orders, cannot be canceled or changed. Orders shipped from our stock inventory cannot be canceled or changed. We will try to work with you on canceled orders. We are an ethical business and will do everything we can to cancel your order without you being obligated to the gown. BridalTask has the most up front return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms.
Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.
Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees
BridalTask can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.
However, we'll undervalue the invoice when we ship your order possibly under US$30 and mark parcel as "gift" for personal use, not for commercial purpose, so that you will not have to pay custom tax. You know, we are always here for you.
